To All Users of the Goodcedar Foundation (“Foundation”) Website: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE Foundation SITE (“Site”). BY USING THIS SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
The Foundation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these terms from time to time, and your accessing the Site will be deemed to be your acceptance of an agreement to any changes. Since your continued use of the Site will mean you accept those changes, it is your responsibility to periodically review the Foundation Site terms of use.

The Foundation staff may include physicians and other medical practitioners including, but not limited to, pharmacists, nutritionists, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other health care professionals. These professionals are available solely to assist you in general research. They will not engage in any conduct that involves the practice of medicine. Professionals providing expert content to the Foundation will not retain any records, monitor your care or establish a confidential patient relationship with you, so do not share any personal medical information you want to be held confidential.
The Site may contain health or medical related materials which may be sexually explicit and which you may find offensive. While the Foundation endeavors to ensure that any such material is both pertinent and responsibly presented, the responsibility for determining which material you choose to access is yours alone.

The Foundation provides complimentary on-line communications and information services in the fields of medicine and cancer. The Foundation is providing you with access to this information and these services on the Internet free of charge, and makes no representations about the suitability or content of information or services provided on the Site, or posted to or linked from its website. Any opinion expressed anywhere on this Site is the opinion of the author and not of the Foundation or its Partners.
The Foundation makes no guarantees that it will be able to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing or tampering with our files. Information provided to the Foundation by you will not be treated as confidential. Information provided to the Foundation by you will be used in accordance with the Privacy Statement. The Foundation reserves the right to reject or change any name you submit to the Site for any reason at its sole discretion.

The Foundation names and logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of the Foundation for GoodCedar. You are not authorized to use any Foundation name or mark in any advertising, publicity, or in any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of the Foundation. - LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Foundation provides links to selected cancer information, resources and services that are consistent with the mission of the site.
All product and service marks contained herein that are not Foundation marks are the trademarks of their respective owners. References that we make to any names, marks, products, or services of third parties, or hypertext links to third party sites or information do not necessarily constitute or imply our endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of the third party, information, product, or service.
The Foundation is not responsible for the content of any site linked to or from the Site or for any health care provider whose name, address, or telephone number is listed on the Site. Linking to any other site or contacting any health care provider whose contact information is found on the Site is entirely at your own risk. While the Foundation may provide links on this Site to other sites and contact information about health care providers, the inclusion of such links and contact information is solely for your convenience and should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the owner/sponsor of the site, the content of the site, or of the health care provider whose contact information is provided.

The Foundation may from time to time create opportunities on the Site that are solely to enable communication between Site visitors. The Foundation may also from time to time place e-mail inks on the Site, which are solely to enable Site visitors to communicate by e-mail with the Foundation. Interactive areas are governed by the Standards Policy. The Foundation accepts no responsibility for the opinions and information posted via the services by others. The Foundation disclaims all warranties with regard to information posted with these services whether posted by the Foundation or third parties. Although the Foundation may from time-to-time monitor or review interactive elements of the Site, the Foundation does not do so actively or regularly, and is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the Contents of any such communications nor for any error, defamation, libel, obscenity, profanity or inaccuracy contained in any such communication.
Any communication that you post on the Site is considered to be non-confidential. Use of all interactive areas is governed by the Standards Policy. In consideration of being allowed to use the interactive areas, you agree that you shall refrain from the following prohibited conduct and that such conduct shall constitute a material breach of the terms and conditions of use. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting slanderous, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, profane, fictitious, licentious, lewd, violent, hateful, abusive, insulting, harassing or threatening material, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, federal or foreign law. You are prohibited from posting advertisements or solicitations of business. You are prohibited from impersonating other people, posting chain letters or pyramid schemes, “spamming” (sending a message more than once), posting or transmitting charity requests or petitions for signatures, and sending unsolicited mass e-mailings to other users. You are prohibited from posting any information that contains any virus, worm, Trojan horse or other code that is contaminating or destructive to the files or programs of the Foundation or any of its users or any other parties.
The Foundation reserves the right to but is not obligated to record, monitor, investigate, edit, disclose, delete or remove any content from the Site for any reason, and/or eject any user from all or a portion of the Site for not adhering to the Legal Notices or Standards.
The Foundation reserves the right to terminate any user’s access to any or all areas upon the user’s breach of these legal notices. The Foundation does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by members or any other person or entity.
- INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Foundation, the Site, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contributors, and editors harmless from and against any actions, claims or demands, liabilities, and settlements including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees resulting from or alleged to result from your use of the Content or the Site, including but not limited to, any software, interactive areas, or communications by you. The Foundation shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim and shall reasonably cooperate with you at your expense in your defense of any such claim. - JURISDICTION
These legal notices are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Illinois. You expressly agree that sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any claim involving the Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, Partners, contributors and editors, or any related affiliate, shall be in the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Illinois. - COMPLETE AGREEMENT
Except as expressly provided in a particular legal notice on the Site, these terms and conditions, the Privacy Statement and Code of Conduct Policy Statement, and any amendments thereof, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Foundation with respect to the use of the Site. - Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or your donation, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. - Shipping
For each donation or purchase of a product, a confirmation will be sent directly to the email.
All our products will deliver to the customers in 30 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
